My Mom and sister-in-law found this hotel when they were traveling back and forth to MD Anderson. My family was treated very kindly and felt very safe and comfortable at this hotel. Having visited it this weekend, I can say it is a Fabulous hotel! Beautiful, huge rooms, extra clean and neat, wonderful staff and service attitude. I'd recommend this hotel for its convenience to MD Anderson, and the care and attitude of the owners!
Been in Houston for weeks and we've compared. Rain tree has Great rooms, the best wifi in town, and extremely friendly services! We're on our 4th day here and they are the best place we have found with a great price

Rooms are very clean, air condition works very well, and quit. The beds are clean and sleeps very good. The shower and toilets was clean.I don't know why it is rated 3.5 it should be a 5 star. People are very nice, and helpful giving directions places.
I was pleased with the comfort and spaciousness of the room, communication of the person at the hotel window, and quiet surroundings. I would like to see a better appearance of the (drive-up) surroundings but that's out of the control of this business.
Large, clean, room reasonably priced. Only downfalls were, the power switch was off to the room and we had to get someone to show us how to turn on the lights, and, the A.C. wasn't on when we arrived. We had a reservation and let management know we would be a late check-in, so it would have been nice to have a cool room when we arrived.
We've been staying at this motel whenever we go to Houston since right after it opened. My husband is a patient at MD Anderson and the medical rate here is very reasonable. We have probably stayed here 10 - 15 times and have never had a complaint. The owners/managers are always very nice and the place is always clean and neat. The rooms are large and comfortable with a loveseat and desk and free wI-fi.
